DONATE TO WIN A SET OF FIVE HATCH POSTERS 2005-2009

Donate today to win a set of 5 (five) of the National Day of the Cowboy Hatch Show Prints, 2005-2009. Only one hundred-fifty tickets are available for this drawing. National Day of the Cowboy commemorative Hatch posters from 2006-2009, feature the original artwork of Jennifer Ward (06), Teal Blake (07), Zane Mead (08) and Christina Holmes (09). The 05 poster is Hatch’s own rodeo artwork. These limited edition posters are highly collectible. The drawing will be held as soon as all 150 tickets are gone. Hatch posters are still made from hand-carved wood blocks and hand-cranked on a press. Hatch Show Print of Nashville, Tennessee, has been making vintage Americana posters since 1879.

Kick it up a Notch!

Our exclusive 2010 Hatch poster celebrating the Cowboy Day, features the original graphic artistry of Florida artist, Jim Harrison. As with all of our previous artists, Jim donated his design image to our organization. He also signed a limited number of the 2010 posters for us. His stellar work was also used for the 2010 Elko Poetry Gathering poster. 

Colors of the 2010 poster are an intense shade of purple, highlighted by metallic silver. Jim's art is our first to have two colors within the graphic itself. The theme for 2010 is "Kick it up a Notch!" Each year we create a new commemorative poster in which we pair Hatch's vintage wood-block type with original artwork created for us by national western artists. Past NDOC Hatch artists are Jennifer Ward (06), Teal Blake (07), Zane Mead (08), and Christina Holmes (09).  Our 2005 Hatch celebrating the First National Day of the Cowboy, features both the vintage wood-carved art and wood-block text of Hatch.

Hatch Show Print has been making Americana posters since 1879, in their easily recognized style, using hand-carved wood blocks and hand-cranked printing presses. Their posters are collected all over the world. Our posters are originals in a highly collectible series exclusively available from the National Day of the Cowboy Organization.

The 2010 poster measures 14" by 22" and is on heavy stock poster paper in our signature vanilla tone.
Posters are $15 each, 2/$29, 3/$42. S&H is $5.25 for one poster, $6.25 for 2-3 posters to the same address.

National Day of the Cowboy July 25, 2009
Make it Your Own!

This limited edtion 2009 Hatch celebrating the 5th Annual National Day of the Cowboy, features exclusive, original art by California artist Christina Holmes. Christina was an exhibiting artist  at the prestigious Cowgirl UP! Exhibit and Sale in Wickenburg, Arizona, in 2009 and 2010. She donated her work to our organization for fundraising. Colors for the 2009 Hatch are deep desert pink and charcoal grey.

The theme for 2009 was "Make It Your Own." Each year we create a new commemorative poster in which we pair Hatch's vintage wood block type with original artwork created for us by national western artists. Past artists are Jennifer Ward, Teal Blake, and Zane Mead. The 2005 Hatch celebrating the First National Day of the Cowboy, features Hatch's own vintage wood-carved art and wood-block text.

Hatch Show Print has been making posters by hand since 1879, using hand-carved wood blocks and hand-cranked printing presses. Their posters are collected all over the world. These NDOC posters are originals in a highly collectible series, exclusive to the National Day of the Cowboy organization.

The 2009 poster measures 15" by 24 and is on heavy stock poster paper in our signature vanilla tone. We have a few of the 2009 posters remaining which were signed and numbered by the artist, Christina Holmes. Signed posters are $25 each.

4th Annual National Day of the Cowboy July 26, 2008
Catch the Cowboy Spirit!

In 2008 a National Day of the Cowboy resolution was sponsored in both the U.S.Senate (Enzi) and the U.S. House of Representatives (Giffords). This is the fourth poster in the highly collectible National Day of the Cowboy commemorative series with its original art celebrating this special day. This poster, in wrangler blue and copper, features original art by New Mexico artist, Zane Mead. Zane based his steer roping drawing on a photograph taken by Jason Cupp at a roping event at Horse Lover's Park in Cave Creek, Arizona.  Zane also signed a few of the 2008 posters for us which are available for purchase.

Each of our posters is a collaboration between our organization, an artist, and Hatch. Hatch Show Print of Nashville Tennessee has been making posters since 1879, using hand-carved wood blocks and a hand-cranked printing press. No two posters are ever the same.

3rd Annual National Day of the Cowboy July 28, 2007 
Rope Your Cowboy Dreams!

This poster features "Trick Roper," original art by Texas artist and cutting horse rancher, Teal Blake. Teal created this image exclusively for the National Day of the Cowboy nonprofit organization. This poster is the third in the highly sought after limited edition series celebrating this special day. Colors for the 2007 are chocolate brown and sage green.

 2nd Annual National Day of the Cowboy July 22, 2006  
 "Saddle Up & Ride!"

Own a distinctive piece of American history with this original Hatch Show Print celebrating the 2nd Annual National Day of the Cowboy, Saturday July 22, 2006. The Cowgirl at the heart of this poster was created exclusively for the National Day of the Cowboy by Arizona artist, Jennifer Ward. We sent her original art to Hatch where it was carved into a plate for "Saddle Up & Ride!" Colors for the 2006 Hatch are Bisbee turquoise and desert corral.Each year a new official poster is created for the National Day of the Cowboy using Hatch's vintage type paired with art donated to us by artists such as Jennifer Ward and Teal Blake.

First National Day of the Cowboy, July 23, 2005
Preserve the Heritage

A limited number of this stunning, 14”x22” poster, were printed in 2005 as the first in a collector’s series. Original art for a new National Day of the Cowboy poster is now created for us each year by Western artists who support the work of our organization, the National Day of the Cowboy nonprofit.Text for the poster is always chosen from Hatch's collection of vintage hand-carved wood block type.

Official National Day of the Cowboy Flag  

Our sparkling white nylon National Day of the Cowboy flag is custom screen printed with the National Day of the Cowboy logo and below it "Preserve the Heritage".  We created this flag so there could be a flag at western events just for the Cowboys and Cowgirls. It measures 5 feet by 3 feet and we've added a pole hem to the fringed flag. The grommet flag does not have a fringe and is more suited for extended outdoor display.  

No ranch, rodeo parade, grand entry, or other Western event should take place without this stunning flag waving proudly to proclaim support for a National Day for the Cowboy culture.
